In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context plainly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain a koko88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. koko88 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practice applicable to the Indonesia market.

7. You must not have had a previous koko88 Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension and closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances therein.

During the registration process and at any time thereafter upon koko88's request, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Registered residential address in Indonesia.
• A valid, active email address accessible only by you.
• A valid mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia.
• The name of the Indonesian bank account or e-wallet (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals — which must be registered in your own name.

koko88 conducts KYC verification on all accounts prior to the first withdrawal and reserves the right to request additional documentation — such as a national identity card (KTP / NIK), passport, bank statement, or utility bill — at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify koko88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. koko88 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

All financial transactions on the koko88 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). koko88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

4. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operating window.
5. koko88 may impose a withdrawal hold of up to 72 hours on any account pending KYC verification or fraud review. Members will be notified by email or live chat if such a hold is applied.

1. Bonus Funds are credited to a Member's Account as promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as cash.
2. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, a standard wagering requirement of 10× (ten times) the combined deposit-and-bonus amount applies before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

7. Members may opt out of receiving promotional offers at any time by contacting the koko88 support team via live chat or email.

Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi — may carry additional promotion-specific terms that supplement but do not override these general bonus conditions.

5. In-play betting markets may be suspended at koko88's discretion during critical match moments (e.g., video-review periods, goal reviews). Any bet placed during a suspension period will be voided and the stake returned.
6. Maximum payout limits per event and per market type are displayed in the Platform's betting rules section. koko88 reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake or payout on any account or market at its reasonable discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. koko88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in the conduct listed below, and to forfeit any balance therein:

1. Registering more than one Account on the koko88 Platform, whether using your own identity or another person's identity.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent KYC stage.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game logic, or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for genuine recreational play.
4. Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using koko88 promotional funds, or any systematic wagering strategy designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies for guaranteed profit at koko88's expense.
5. Colluding with other Members, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
6. Engaging in any form of chip dumping, money-laundering, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
7. Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt any part of the Platform's technology infrastructure, including its RNG systems, odds calculation engines, or payment gateways.
8. Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology with the intent to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions.
9. Allowing a third party to operate your Account or sharing your login credentials with any other person.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, koko88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

koko88 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

In summary, koko88 uses your personal data to: verify your identity and age; process deposits and withdrawals; deliver customer support; prevent fraud and money laundering; personalise your gaming experience; and communicate promotional offers (where you have not opted out). Either party may terminate the Member's Account at any time, subject to the conditions below:

3. koko88-initiated closure for regulatory reasons: koko88 may close an Account and return verified deposits without forfeiture if required to do so by a change in applicable law, regulatory directive, or licensing condition.
4. Voluntary self-exclusion: Members who invoke the self-exclusion tool available via the Platform or via koko88 support will have their Account closed for the elected exclusion period. During this period, the Member may not open a new Account. Any verified balance will be held securely and returned upon expiry of the self-exclusion period, or immediately upon the Member's written request.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koko88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent koko88 from seeking interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in any jurisdiction where it has operations or Members.

For Members located in Indonesia, please note that koko88 operates as an internationally licensed platform. Disputes concerning the legality of online betting under Indonesian domestic law are the sole responsibility of the Member. koko88 strongly encourages all Members to understand the legal context applicable to online betting in their place of residence before registering an account.

koko88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, koko88 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to active Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the koko88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
